Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel 48 hours prior to class, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the class, then you will receive a store credit that can be applied to a future class. No shows will not receive a refund or a credit.

NO SHOWS- In the case that your guest does not show to your party you will not be refunded. It is important to make sure all of your guest RSVP to you. (Private Party)

 All Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Non-Payment Cancellations

By booking any party customer agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee. 

Customer understands that he/she must make final payment for their private party 2 days prior to their scheduled session to avoid party cancellation. If final payment is not made 2 days prior your party will be canceled and your booking fee will NOT be refunded.
