By booking any party customer agrees to pay a non-refundable booking fee. 

Customer understands that he/she must make payment for their private party 2 days prior to their scheduled session to avoid cancellation. 

•  By booking a party at this art studio, the customer acknowledges and agrees that this action is equivalent to signing a waiver, releasing the studio from any liability for injuries or incidents that may occur. 
•  By booking this party, the customer understands that in the case of bad weather, they will receive store credit instead of a refund.
